We are only a platform
Levizi provides a booking platform and does not own, operate, insure or maintain any of the vehicles offered. We are not a party to the rental agreement and take no responsibility for the vehicle, for damage to the vehicle, for personal injury, or for any third-party claims arising from a rental.
The rental agreement is with the partner
Each car is offered by an independent rental company. The rental agreement — including pricing, insurance, deposit, mileage, fuel and any additional charges — is entered into directly between you and that company. Any dispute regarding the vehicle or the rental is to be resolved with them.
Your responsibility as a renter
You are responsible for driving with a valid licence, following traffic laws and returning the vehicle in the agreed condition. You are liable for damage, fines and costs incurred during your rental in accordance with the rental company's terms and the applicable insurance.
Acceptance
By ticking the acceptance box and completing a booking through Levizi, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept this user policy.
